William Lord

Bill is a graduate of American International College, is an Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst.  For most of his professional career, he was a senior officer in the Investment Management Group at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company in Springfield, Mass., where he was responsible for investing and managing investment securities for the company’s largest portfolios and clients. Bill and his wife, Linda, a well-known local jewelry designer, relocated to Cape Cod in 1999. His extensive business experience lends itself to the needs of our clients, their families and the firm in his primary role of estate administrator.

Kelley French

Kelley joined our staff as Legal Assistant in October of 2007. Kelley provides support to the attorneys in the areas of Probate and Estate Administration, real estate and estate planning. In addition, she assists our clients with retitling their assets into their trusts. She is currently taking classes to earn her paralegal certificate. She lives in Yarmouth Port with her two children, Aaron and Brooke.

Ruth French

Ruth joined our staff as a part-time Legal Assistant in March of 2008. Ruth has a background in customer service and will likely be your first contact when calling the office. Her primary role is to provide general office support and assistance to the attorneys and other office personnel. She lives in Hyannis with her husband, George and has two children and two grandchildren.

Jennifer Fairman

Jennifer joined our staff as Office Manager in August 2004 with an extensive background in finance with the former Cape Cod Bank and Trust and she brings experience in accounting as well as computer skills to the practice.  She attended Framingham State College and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She lives in Brewster with her husband, Richard and two daughters, Carrie and Rachel. and grandson, Aiden. She oversees appointment scheduling, billing and work flow.
